Your wellness coaching is personally tailored to your needs. Many wellness coaches use the same plan or protocols on all of their clients, but we don’t. We make sure that your wellness program specifically reflects your unique individual dynamics because it needs to be as unique as you are if it is going to work.

With dramatically rising rates of overweight individuals and obesity, “healthy living” NEEDS to become a way of life for more people. Definition of healthy living:

Healthy living refers to the practices that groups or persons maintain that are consistent with supporting, improving, maintaining, and/or enhancing health. As it applies to individuals, healthy living is the practice of health-enhancing behaviours, or put simply, living in healthy ways. It implies the physical, mental and spiritual capacity to make healthy choices.  Health and Wellness coaching focuses on healthy eating habits, a healthy diet, physical activity, and your relationship to Mind Body, and Soul.
