One-on-One Coaching Programs

Private one-on-one coaching over the telephone.

Monthly Coaching Packages include:

  • 3 telephone sessions per month for three months

    • This includes one 60-75 minute introductory call and two 45-minute sessions.

  • Flexible e-mail support in between sessions

    • Private coaching. This includes three telephone meetings with e-mail support.

  • Laser Coaching

    • One private coaching session. This is ideal for someone who has had coaching but is stuck, needs clarification, validation, or wants to brainstorm ideas and set action steps to move forward.

Simply put, it’s training provided by a trained professional that encourages you to be healthy, breaks your goals into manageable steps, tracks your progress, and identifies and helps you overcome personal roadblocks.

Why do you need health and wellness coaching?

 

Everybody can benefit in some way from this type of coaching because it provides guidance for many areas of life.

Including, healthy aging for physical and spiritual well-being, weight management, diet and lifestyle, stress management, building confidence and self-esteem, lifestyle, transitions in life or support for individuals recovering from illness or injury.

In a safe, supportive environment, we work with you to figure out your needs and get clarity on where you are right now and where you intend and want to go. Then, we help you set goals and create a wellness plan. We always educate, instruct, and mentor you until your goals are reached.

Unlike group calls that are scheduled with little flexibility, individual calls can be made at a time convenient for you.

With individual coaching, you are 1-on-1 with Judy. The attention is 100% all yours. This is ideal if you have matters that are sensitive and don’t feel comfortable sharing in a group environment.

What is Group Health and Wellness Coaching?

Group Health and Wellness coaching is a small group of people that come together with a goal of weight loss and better health. Group coaching maximizes the combined energy, experience, and wisdom of the individuals within the group and allows them to assist each other to achieve their individual wellness goals.

Group Health and Wellness Coaching is Economical – it’s actually a more economical option for someone to experience coaching because the cost is spread out through the group, in addition to the benefits mentioned above and below.

Group Health and Wellness Coaching is Community – with group coaching, you get the benefit of hearing the views, struggles, and accomplishments of others who have similar goals as you. Inspiration and support are often a result of being in a group. Dr. Judy will establish a safe and supportive environment for a holistic health sense of community to develop and thrive.

Our Group Health and Wellness Coaching programs are conducted virtually in the comfort of your own home. There’s no need to travel to another location, find parking, fight traffic and drive back home.
